- 20 large pasta shells
- 1 pound mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, crab meat)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta shells in boiling salted water until al dente, drain and set aside.
- Prepare seafood: sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant, add seafood and cook until just done. Season with salt, pepper, and basil.
- Mix ricotta, half of mozzarella, Parmesan, and heavy cream in a bowl. Fold in cooked seafood.
- Stuff each shell with seafood mixture and place in a greased baking dish.
- Top with remaining mozzarella cheese and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
- Use fresh seafood for the best flavor.
- Serve with crusty bread or a fresh salad.
