This creamy sausage potato soup is a comforting and easy-to-make dish that combines savory sausage, tender potatoes, and aromatic herbs, perfect for a cozy meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage links, sliced
  • 4 large potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
