  • 1/2 cup (120ml) whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Fresh thyme or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Layer the sliced potatoes in the dish, seasoning with salt and pepper.
