- 1 lb (450g) beef or your choice of meat, cut into chunks
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced potatoes and cook until golden and crispy, about 10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add meat and cook until browned, about 8 minutes.
- Add diced onion and garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Return potatoes to the skillet, pour in the heavy cream, and stir well to combine.
- Simmer for 5 minutes until sauce thickens; season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of heavy cream for a richer or lighter sauce.
- You can substitute beef with chicken or turkey.
- For extra flavor, add grated cheese on top before serving.
