- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot and season with salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, and red pepper flakes.
- Add minced garlic on top of the chicken.
- Pour heavy cream over the chicken and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until chicken is tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Can be served over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
