- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Warm marinara sauce in a skillet. Add cooked meatballs and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Transfer meatballs and sauce to an oven-safe dish, top with shredded mozzarella, and bake until cheese melts, about 10 minutes.

- You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
- Serve with cooked spaghetti or crusty bread for a complete meal.
