  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. Warm marinara sauce in a skillet. Add cooked meatballs and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Transfer meatballs and sauce to an oven-safe dish, top with shredded mozzarella, and bake until cheese melts, about 10 minutes.
