- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add pasta, broth, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until pasta is al dente and liquid is absorbed, about 10-12 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and additional Parmesan if desired.

- Adjust the seasoning with more salt or pepper as needed.
