Instructions
- Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear pork chops until golden brown on both sides.
- Transfer the seared pork chops to the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together garlic, Parmesan, heavy cream, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the pork chops in the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours until the pork is tender.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a thicker sauce, simmer uncovered in the slow cooker for an additional 30 minutes.
- You can substitute heavy cream with Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
