- 12 oz pasta (penne, fusilli, or your choice)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add shredded chicken to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese until creamy and smooth.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- You can substitute cooked shrimp or tofu for chicken.
- Use full-fat or light cream based on your preference.
- Serve with a side of mixed greens or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
