Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken slices and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine. Add grated parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and extra parmesan if desired. Serve hot.
