Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  3. Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine, then add Parmesan cheese.
  6. Simmer the sauce until it thickens slightly, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
