- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine, then add Parmesan cheese.
- Simmer the sauce until it thickens slightly, about 3-4 minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- You can substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version.
- Add cooked spinach for a nutritious twist.
