- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic in butter until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer; add Parmesan cheese and stir until sauce thickens.
- Add cooked chicken back to the skillet, spoon sauce over, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of white wine to the cream sauce.
- Serve with pasta, rice, or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
