  • 1 cup Boursin cheese, garlic and herbs flavor
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz of your favorite pasta (penne, fettuccine, or linguine)
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Optional: red pepper flakes for added heat

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken strips with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add Boursin cheese and heavy cream, stirring until cheese melts and sauce is smooth. Mix in grated Parmesan cheese for extra richness.
  6. Return cooked chicken to the skillet. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat with the sauce. Add red pepper flakes if desired.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
