- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup Boursin cheese, garlic and herbs flavor
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz of your favorite pasta (penne, fettuccine, or linguine)
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Optional: red pepper flakes for added heat
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken strips with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add Boursin cheese and heavy cream, stirring until cheese melts and sauce is smooth. Mix in grated Parmesan cheese for extra richness.
- Return cooked chicken to the skillet. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat with the sauce. Add red pepper flakes if desired.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

- Al dente pasta provides the best texture.
