Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 1 lb boneless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, bring to a gentle simmer, then stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.
  5. Add cooked chicken and pasta to the sauce, toss to coat evenly.
