- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 lb fettuccine pasta
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Pour heavy cream over chicken and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the cooked chicken using two forks.
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions, drain.
- Add cooked pasta to the crockpot and stir to coat with sauce and shredded chicken.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley before serving.

- You can add sautéed spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor and nutrition.
- Use cooked leftover chicken for a quicker meal.
