Instructions
- Place chicken pieces in the slow cooker.
- Mix tomato sauce, garlic, spices, butter, and cream in a bowl and pour over chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours until chicken is tender.
- Stir to combine everything well and garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
