Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt cowboy butter over medium heat. Add chicken strips and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
