- 1 pound fresh tortellini
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in tortellini and cook until al dente, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add cooked chicken and broccoli, cooking until heated through.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until creamy and well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute cooked turkey or shrimp for chicken.
- For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
- Serve with extra Parmesan and a lemon wedge for added flavor.
