Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

- While potatoes are roasting, cook sliced smoked sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned.

- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
