- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts, sliced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces penne pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken slices with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.
- Add cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce, toss to combine thoroughly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust the Cajun spice level to your preference by adding more or less seasoning.
- For extra heat, include cayenne pepper in the seasoning mix.
