- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken slices with Cajun seasoning, then add to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add sliced bell peppers and garlic to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until peppers soften.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth; stir well and simmer for 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat evenly with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
