- 1 lb (450g) chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 12 oz (340g) pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the chicken slices with Cajun seasoning.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Add garlic and bell peppers; sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream, bring to simmer, and cook until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
- Combine cooked pasta with the sauce, toss well, and season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
