Instructions

- Stir in sliced mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture, stir well to combine.
- Gradually add beef broth, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens.
- Reduce heat to low, stir in sour cream, and season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.
