- 2 cups cooked macaroni

- 1 cup cooked and shredded BBQ chicken
- 1 cup milk

Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute to make a roux.
- Gradually add milk, whisking constantly until the sauce thickens.
- Stir in shredded cheddar, Parmesan, and BBQ sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add cooked macaroni and shredded BBQ chicken into the sauce. Mix well until coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra cheese or chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
- For extra smoky flavor, add smoked paprika or a dash of liquid smoke to the sauce.
- Use rotisserie chicken for quick prep.
