- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Optional: cherry tomatoes and fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish. Spread minced garlic over chicken.
- Pour heavy cream over the chicken and sprinkle with chopped basil and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with additional basil leaves and cherry tomatoes if desired. Serve hot with your favorite sides.

- If you prefer a thicker sauce, simmer the cream mixture on stove for a few minutes before pouring over the chicken.
