- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. SautΓ© onions and garlic until fragrant.
- Add chicken strips and cook until lightly browned.
- Add sliced mushrooms and paprika; cook until mushrooms are tender.
- Stir in chicken broth and sour cream; season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Cover with foil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and thoroughly cooked.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Use full-fat sour cream for extra creaminess.
- Serve with egg noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes.
