Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 pound potato gnocchi
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh chives or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add olive oil and sauté diced onion and garlic until fragrant and translucent.
