- 2 cups of milk
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 black tea bags
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- Ground cinnamon for sprinkling
Instructions
- Pour milk into a saucepan and add the cinnamon stick. Heat over medium until hot but not boiling.
- Add the tea bags to the hot milk and steep for 5 minutes, then remove the tea bags.
- Stir in vanilla extract and honey or maple syrup until well combined.
- Pour the tea into cups, sprinkle with ground cinnamon, and serve warm.

- You can substitute honey with agave syrup or sugar based on preference.
