- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

- 1 sheet refrigerated pie crust
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until well mixed.
- Unroll the pie crust and press into a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Pour the chicken mixture over the crust, spreading evenly.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute fresh vegetables for frozen ones.
- For a crispier topping, add a layer of shredded cheese or crumb topping before baking.
