Ingredients

  • 150g granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 200ml sour cream
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.

  3. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until set. Let it cool completely in the pan.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Before serving, top with caramel sauce and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
