- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 4 slices ham, chopped
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 sheet puff pastry or pizza dough
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry or pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread Dijon mustard over the surface, if using.
- Layer shredded chicken, chopped ham, and cheese evenly over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log, sealing the edges.
- Brush the top with beaten egg for a glossy finish.
- Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
- You can add sautéed spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor.
- Make sure to seal the edges well to prevent filling from leaking.
