An irresistibly cheesy pull apart bread that’s soft, flavorful, and perfect for sharing at any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of French bread
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F (190C). Slice the bread loaf horizontally, without cutting all the way through, creating a pocket.
  2. Melt butter in a small saucepan and add minced garlic and Italian seasoning. Brush generously inside and outside of the bread.
  3. Stuff the cheese evenly between the slices and sprinkle Parmesan on top.
  4. Wrap the bread in foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, add cooked bacon or sautéed mushrooms inside the bread.
  • Serve with marinara or ranch dipping sauces for extra taste.
