Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Pour in the broth and bring to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, following package instructions.
- Reduce heat to low, stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
