- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup chopped broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix steamed broccoli, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Spread the broccoli-cheese mixture evenly over the pastry.
- Roll up the pastry tightly from one end to the other, then slice into 1-inch thick rounds.
- Place pinwheels on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
