- 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions
- Combine flour, salt, and brown sugar in a mixing bowl.
- Add cold butter and cut in with a pastry cutter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Mix in vanilla and milk until dough forms.
- Roll out dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thickness.
- Cut into rectangular shapes and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, prepare glaze by mixing brown sugar and milk until smooth.
- Once cookies are cooled, spread glaze over the top and add sprinkles if desired.
