- 1 cup orzo pasta

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add cooked shredded chicken and orzo pasta, cook until pasta is tender, about 8 minutes.
- Stir in lemon juice and zest, season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

- Adjust lemon juice for desired tanginess.
- Use store-bought cooked chicken for quick preparation.
