Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla, mixing well.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients and buttermilk, mixing until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in blueberries.
  7. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
  8. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan, then dollop and swirl the cream cheese mixture on top.
