Instructions
- Muddle blackberries in a shaker until fully mashed.
- Add rum, simple syrup, lime juice, and ice cubes to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously until chilled.
- Strain into a glass filled with ice.
- Top with sparkling water or club soda and gently stir.
- Garnish with fresh blackberries and a sprig of mint.
Notes
For a sweeter flavor, add extra simple syrup. Use fresh blackberries for the best color and taste. Adjust the amount of sparkling water according to your preferred level of fizz.
