- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Sesame seeds and fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil; cook for 2 minutes.
- Add sliced bell peppers and green onions; sauté for another 3-5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Combine cooked spaghetti with the beef mixture; toss well to coat.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped cilantro before serving.
Notes
- You can swap ground chicken or turkey for beef for a lighter version.
- Add a dash of chili flakes if you like spicy flavors.
