Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the broth to a boil.
- Add soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to combine.
- Gently add the potstickers to the boiling broth and cook according to package instructions, about 4-5 minutes.
- Optional: add sliced vegetables for extra flavor and nutrition, cooking until tender.
- Divide soup into bowls, garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds, and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of rice vinegar or chili oil. Use homemade or frozen potstickers for best results. Adjust seasoning to taste.
